1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on kx8021, accessing the kx8021 website, or using any service offered through the kx8021 platform, you ("the User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the kx8021 platform and close your account.

kx8021 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. Users are advised to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use a kx8021 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3. Account Management

You must not share your account credentials with any other person, permit any third party to access or use your account, or use another person's account. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your sole responsibility unless you have reported a breach of account security to kx8021 immediately upon discovery.

kx8021 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any action that may harm the integrity of the platform or other users.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the kx8021 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day will generally be processed on the same day, subject to verification requirements.
• kx8021 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, in particular for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Funds deposited into a kx8021 account must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• kx8021 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals via supported Bangladeshi mobile financial services. Users are responsible for any fees levied by their own payment provider.
• kx8021 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

kx8021 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games or betting markets will be stated in the specific promotion's terms at the time the offer is made.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited without compensation.
• A withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are fully met will result in the forfeit of the bonus and any winnings accrued from it.
• kx8021 reserves the right to cancel, alter, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or placing offsetting bets — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6. Betting Rules and Casino Game Rules

All sports bets placed on kx8021 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the sport, league, or competition in question. Cricket betting markets on the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and other competitions are governed by rules published on the relevant market pages.

All casino games, including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. kx8021 is not responsible for misunderstandings arising from a user's failure to read applicable game rules before placing a wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a bet or casino game session, kx8021 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet. No compensation will be payable in respect of a void caused by a technical error outside of kx8021's reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx8021 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable Bangladeshi law or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Attempting to launder money or use kx8021 as a mechanism to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or any other competitive gaming format.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing or any manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the kx8021 platform for financial gain.
• Attempting to access any account other than your own registered kx8021 account.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

By registering an account on kx8021, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kx8021 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard data security practices to protect user information.

12. Amendments to These Terms

kx8021 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, kx8021 will endeavour to notify registered users by email or via a platform notification. Your continued use of kx8021 following publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes.
